Welcome to The Holiday Fun! By booking any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website, app, or authorized agents.

• Full or partial payment (as specified) must be made at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and the nature of the package.

• If approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days will be processed within [7–14] business days.

• No refunds for no-shows or unused services.

3. Travel Documents

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other required documents.

• The Holiday Fun is not liable for any loss or delay caused by improper or missing documentation.

4. Changes by the Customer

• Any changes requested after booking (e.g., change of date, itinerary, or traveler details) may incur additional charges.

• Changes are subject to availability.

5. Changes or Cancellations by The Holiday Fun

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters, or low participation).

• In such cases, we will offer an alternative tour or a full refund.

6. Liability

• The Holiday Fun acts as an intermediary for services (e.g., hotels, transport) and is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by third parties.

• We strongly recommend travel insurance.

7. Health & Safety

• Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

• Participation in certain tours may require a minimum fitness level.

8. Children Policy

• Upto 5years charges will be Zero, after 5 Years to 17 Years you have to pay the extra charges at hotel depending on hotel policy.

9. Conduct

• We expect travelers to behave respectfully and responsibly.

• The Holiday Fun reserves the right to remove any participant who poses a risk to others or disrupts the tour.

10. Extra Person

• Every room has its own room capacity, Example: Double bed rooms have the capacity of two adults, if any one booked it for three or more then the rest of people have to pay extra charges as per hotel room availibility.

11. Privacy Policy

• Your personal data is used only for booking and operational purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in WEST BENGAL, INDIA.
