Our stay at mountain view was pleasant. We stayed here for a day and the view from the room was brilliant. Rooms were clean hygienic and big. foods were amazing. rooms were neat and clean.staff is very courteous and cooperative.great place to stay. Good atmosphere, Staff was amazing..well education..mannered. Room was spacious and cleaned more then an expected.

🕒 Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: From 1:00 PM

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

🪪 Identification

• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (passport, Aadhaar card, driver’s license, etc.).

• Foreign nationals are required to present their passport and visa details.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy per room/cottage is as per the room category booked.

• Children below 5 years stay complimentary (without extra bed).

• Extra bed available on request with additional charge.

🍽️ Meals

• Room tariff may include breakfast (as specified at the time of booking).

• Lunch and dinner are available on prior request.

• We serve fresh, home-cooked meals using organic and local ingredients. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance.

🚭 Smoking & Alcohol

• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.

• Moderate consumption of alcohol is allowed in private areas. We request guests to be mindful and respectful of others at all times.

🔇 Quiet Hours

• To maintain the peace of the retreat, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

🧼 Housekeeping & Hygiene

• Daily housekeeping is available on request.

• Towels and linens are changed every 2 days or as requested for longer stays.

• Help us conserve water and energy by reusing towels when possible.

🐾 Pets

• Pets are currently not allowed on the property.

🔐 Safety & Security

• Please lock your rooms when stepping out.

• The property is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.

• Emergency contact and first aid are available on site.

🌱 Sustainability

• We encourage mindful travel. Please help us maintain cleanliness and reduce plastic use.

• Waste bins are provided—please separate recyclables where possible.
