Our stay at mountain view was pleasant. We stayed here for a day and the view from the room was brilliant. Rooms were clean hygienic and big. foods were amazing. rooms were neat and clean.staff is very courteous and cooperative.great place to stay. Good atmosphere, Staff was amazing..well education..mannered. Room was spacious and cleaned more then an expected.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-In: 12:00 PM

• Check-Out: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Identification

• All guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (Passport, Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Driving License).

Food & Dining

• Outside food is not permitted in the dining area.

• Meals are freshly prepared with local ingredients; please inform us of dietary preferences at the time of booking.

• Kitchen closes at 9:30 PM. Please place dinner orders in advance.

Quiet Hours

• To maintain the serenity of the resort, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

• Loud music, parties, or any form of disturbance to other guests is strictly prohibited. 

Smoking & Alcohol

• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

• Alcohol consumption is permitted in private spaces only.

• Public intoxication or disorderly conduct will result in removal from the property.

Pets

• Pets are allowed on request and subject to approval. Please inform us in advance.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb others. 

Safety & Liability

• The resort is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Use lockers where provided.

• Guests are requested to exercise caution when walking in natural areas or near the edge of trails.

• Children must be supervised at all times.
